I was always an athlete my entire life, but after I had my daughter, I found myself overweight and tired after gaining 70 lbs! Running got me through my weight gain and back to my old self. I also have found running to be a great outlet for work and everyday stress. My goal is to bring together beginner, seasoned, and recreational women/mom runners in the Collegeville, PA area. Body Back is the newest program released from Stroller Strides founder, Lisa Druxman. It is a results based, high intensity, interval style workout designed specifically for Moms of any age. Moms will experience high intensity interval training using exercise bands, sliding discs, TRX and their own bodies as resistance.
