This group is for women (25+) who want companionship and conversation during walking exercise. NO PRESSURE! Leg length and fitness level will determine your comfortable walking speed. Speed walkers, feel free to move ahead and set the pace. Strollers, feel free to take your time and enjoy the scenery! In the winter we will walk at 9am on Sundays.
