This group is for anyone who enjoys doing fitness related activities with their baby/toddler!  These include walking, jogging, roller blading with your baby on trails, walking at the mall and having your baby play in the play area after, going to a splash pad or pool with your baby, or attending a stroller fitness class.  These are just a few of the activities we do on a regular basis.  We also schedule the occasional Mom's Night Out as well.  Join us and see what we're all about!

Join us for Fit Walks around Lake Baldwin. During the 2.5 mile loop, we'll go through a series of dynamic exercises and cardio intervals. Good for any fit level or age, a range of options will be presented. The 6-week session will get you back on track after a summer of easy living!
